PASS PROTECTION PLAN
We realize that unforeseen life circumstances can arise that might prevent you from using your pass.
Pass Protection guards your financial investment against an unplanned occurrence that stops you from using your season pass due to injury, sickness, military deployment or relocation.
Who can purchase the Pass Protection?
Any guest 7 years and older who purchases a Pomerelle Season Pass. The plan covers the pass holder only and does not include other family members such as a spouse or dependent child. Pass Protection plan must be purchased for each individual holder who wishes to enroll. Pass Protection must be purchased at the same time as your season pass. Season Pass Protection is NON-TRANSFERABLE, NON-REFUNDABLE.
Cost: $25.00 per pass
If you purchased pass protection and you become medically unable to ski or ride, or if you are transferred out of the area due to employment, a credit toward your next season pass will be determined based on the following pro-rated schedule.
Refund Policy
Unused Pass Refund:
100% before the start of the season
Used Passes:
Opening Day – Dec. 31st. 75%
January 1st – January 31st. 50%
February 1st – February 28th 25%
March 1st – End of Season. 0%
Reasons for which a refund will be offered:
Injury or a medical condition preventing the use of pass – (a medical certificate is required).
Relocation more than 200 miles away from your current residence– documented by employment letter or other reasonable proof.
Military deployment – called to active military service.
All requests must be received prior to March 1, 2023. Requests after March 1, 2023 will not be considered.

I purchased pass protection. How do I request a credit or refund?
Please provide all three of the following documents so that we can process your request. You may mail these documents via email or mail to the contact info above. Please allow 1-2 months for processing.
Letter requesting a credit or refund within 30 days of incident. Please include first and last name, mailing address, telephone, number and a brief explanation of why you are unable to use your pass.
A doctor’s letter on official letterhead stating the reason for non-participation and date of onset, or a letter from your employer on official letterhead certifying a transfer or new job and an effective date.
Credit toward future season pass purchase: If a credit is granted, you will receive it toward your pass for the next season. You will be responsible for any difference in price.
